01 After you book
What happens between now and August?
We confirm your booking with you directly
Burning Man bookings aren’t auto-confirmed. We’ll reach out to confirm availability and lock in the details.
You pay your deposit
50% due to secure booking. Remaining balance (plus the $2,500 refundable deposit) is due 60 days before your rental start.
You secure camp placement and share with us
You’ll arrange your own placement or theme camp spot. We deliver to wherever you’re placed on playa.
You research and contact other service providers
If you anticipate needing additional service drinking water, fuel, or black water, we recommend establishing accounts with qualified providers before the event when possible.
02 Before you arrive
Will the RV be ready when I get to camp?
We deliver your RV to your camp placement
We place, level and set up the RV at your registered camp before you arrive so you don’t have to tow it across the desert.
RVs are delivered full of fresh water but you are responsible for finding and purchasing additional water on site if needed. Typically there is a service provider that sells water on playa but they can be tough to track down.
Power will be set up and generators full of fuel with an additional 5 gallon tank.
You get yourself and food to the playa
You are also responsible for your own ticket and vehicle pass (if you choose to drive to the event). It is possible to fly or take the Burner Express Bus if you do not have a vehicle pass.
We recommended guests bring additional fuel and/or purchase from “Hell’s station” on playa. However, you must setup an account prior to arrival. Read site for more info.

Real beds, air conditioning, private bathroom, and dust free
To empty black water tanks on playa, either schedule with providers or flat down a united site service truck. We handle full tanks at the end of the event.
We are available for on playa support, contact us by text (530) 721-3676
The best way is to make a friend with star link and send us a text. We have star link on playa and check this multiple times per day to connected handle any repairs needed.
04 When you leave
Do I have to deal with the RV after?
You leave the event with a smile on your face
Take your trash, personals, and memories.
You can leave two (2) lawn size trash bags in the RV. Make sure they are neatly tied off and won’t leak during travel. Additional garbage and or leaking trash that causes damages will be charged to customers.
We retrieve it, clean it, and take it off playa
No hauling or deep clean dust bath for you.
We handle dumping of full tanks at the end of the event.

The standard rental period covers Aug 28 – Sep 8. All pricing is based on this window. Extended stays are available at standard nightly rates per RV.

Yes — if you need your RV before Aug 28 or after Sep 8, extended days are available at our standard Tahoe nightly rates. Contact us to arrange.

We require at least 48 hours notice for Burning Man reservations. All bookings are subject to confirmation — we review every reservation before it\'s finalized and will be in touch to confirm yours.

Not automatically. Every Burning Man booking goes through a confirmation step on our end. You'll hear from us directly to confirm availability and finalize details.

50% is due at booking and is non-refundable if cancelled. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your rental start date. A $2,500 refundable security deposit is charged with the final balance.

We do not offer credits or refunds on the 50% deposit paid at booking. If you cancel within 60 days of your reservation, the remaining balance is also non-refundable. The $2,500 security deposit is separate and handled at inspection after the event.

The $2,500 security deposit is returned after the unit is inspected post-event. We understand Burning Man is dusty — normal wear, dust, and typical use don't affect your deposit. We only retain any portion in cases of clear damage or obvious misuse. In practice, the vast majority ~95% of deposits are returned in full.

Yes. You'll need to arrange your own placement or theme camp spot. We deliver to wherever you're placed on playa.

You'll need to arrange your own generator and water supply, as is standard for Burning Man. We offer generator and solar panel add-ons. Please ask us for more information when booking.
