Welcome to tahoervrentals.com (the “Site”), operated by Tahoe RV Rentals (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Tahoe RV Rentals offers delivery-and-setup RV rentals serving Lake Tahoe campgrounds, McCall, Idaho, and Burning Man, and may list select RVs for sale.

2. Website use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only — to learn about our services, check information we publish, contact us, inquire about inventory for sale, or begin a booking.

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation

  • Scrape, harvest, or copy Site content for commercial use without our written permission

  • Submit false, misleading, or abusive information through forms or communications

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law

We may suspend or limit access to the Site at any time.

3. RV rentals and bookings

Rental availability, rates, deposits, delivery, setup, and related services are subject to change and to confirmation at booking.

Bookings are completed through our booking provider, BookingCentral (or another booking system we designate). When you book, you also agree to that platform’s terms and to the rental agreement, policies, and payment terms presented during checkout or provided in writing.

Website copy (including sample rates, package prices, and unit descriptions) is for general information. The binding terms for a specific rental are those in your confirmed reservation and rental agreement.

Campground or event rules, site fees, permits, and third-party requirements are your responsibility unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

4. For Sale inventory

Listings of RVs for sale are informational and subject to prior sale, price change, or removal without notice. Descriptions and photos are believed accurate but are not a warranty.

A For Sale inquiry does not reserve a unit or create a purchase contract. Any purchase is subject to a separate written agreement, inspection, payment, and title/transfer requirements as applicable.

5. Quotes, pricing, and availability

Prices shown on the Site (including “starting at” rates or package examples) may vary by date, season, location, delivery distance, length of stay, and unit availability. Taxes, deposits, delivery fees, and other charges may apply. We are not obligated to honor pricing or availability that is outdated, mistyped, or not confirmed in a reservation.

6. Communications

If you submit a form, email, or call us, you agree we may respond using the contact details you provide. Marketing messages (if any) will include a way to opt out. Transactional messages about inquiries or bookings may still be sent.

7. Intellectual property

Site content — including text, photos, logos, graphics, and layout — is owned by Tahoe RV Rentals or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site.

“Tahoe RV Rentals” and related marks are used to identify our business. Third-party marks (including platform or manufacturer names) belong to their owners.

8. Third-party services and links

The Site may link to or embed third-party services, including BookingCentral, payment processors, form providers, maps, and social media. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimer

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

This section does not limit warranties that cannot be disclaimed under California law, or warranties expressly stated in a signed rental or purchase agreement.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAHOE RV RENTALS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON SITE CONTENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM SITE USE (EXCLUDING OBLIGATIONS UNDER A SEPARATE WRITTEN RENTAL OR PURCHASE AGREEMENT) WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Rental-related liability, insurance, and guest responsibilities are governed by your rental agreement and applicable law — not solely by these website Terms.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Tahoe RV Rentals against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right — to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, except where prohibited by law or where a rental agreement specifies otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. For material changes affecting an existing confirmed reservation, the rental agreement for that reservation controls.
